This van can tow up to 2,000 pounds and carry a payload of 1,620 pounds and is rated at a fuel mileage of 20 city/27 hwy mpg for the cargo van and 19 city/27 hwy for the passenger wagon.

The Ford Transit Connect has trimmed down some of the items it had in the past. This van now only has the one engine and has lost the 1.6-lite turbo that it used to carry. There is a new Sync 3 system that you can have on the higher trim levels to ensure you have the connectivity you want and the top line Titanium trim can now be enjoyed on a short wheelbase form. These changes give you more of what you need an want from the Transit Connect.
