Breakdown of the Hyundai Palisade Trim Levels

When you need a spacious SUV for the entire family, you can’t beat the Hyundai Palisade. This crossover has three rows of seats, a long list of standard features, and a strong engine, making it a great alternative to a minivan. You can get the Palisade in five different trim levels, each one offering a unique list of features and equipment. Take a look at what you can get with each one.

Five Trims; One Fantastic SUV

Whether you choose the base Hyundai Palisade SE or go for the full luxury of the Calligraphy trim, you’ll get a three-row SUV that’s versatile, capable, and comfortable. Dollar for dollar, it’s nearly impossible to beat the value you get from this family-size SUV. Now, let’s compare the five available trims.

The Palisade SE

The SE starts the Palisade lineup with an impressive list of features. On the outside, it has 18-inch alloy wheels and LED headlights. You’ll also get the convenience of keyless entry and Hyundai’s digital key system. Inside, you’ll sit on cloth upholstery, and a massive 12.3-inch touchscreen sits in the middle of the dashboard. It works with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and comes with integrated navigation.

Safety is important when you’re hauling your family. The Palisade SE delivers with forward collision mitigation, lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, and a blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert.

The Palisade SEL

A step up from the SE is the SEL. This trim adds to the base trim with simulated leather upholstery in the cabin, dual-zone automatic climate control, and power-adjustable front seats. The standard heated front seats are a nice extra, and the wireless charging pad lets you get rid of charging cords.

The SEL also adds some exterior features. It has roof rails, so you can haul the family’s skis, kayaks, or extra gear, and it has a hands-free power liftgate for easy access to the cargo area, even when your hands are full.

The Palisade XRT

Do you dream of adventure in your SUV? The XRT mimics the SEL with many of its standard features, but it adds front and rear skid plates and 20-inch alloy wheels for those rocky back roads. This trim also has roof rails, a power sunroof, and XRT-specific dark exterior trim elements.

The Palisade Limited

Choose the Hyundai Palisade Limited for a few more extras. This trim has a dual-pane sunroof and automatic windshield wipers. Passengers in the back will appreciate the power-folding and heated third-row seats, and the Nappa leather upholstery on all three rows gives the cabin an upscale feel. The Limited also comes with a head-up display that projects important information on the windshield in front of the driver right within their line of sight.

The Limited adds some extra safety features. It has a 360-degree surround-view camera system and Hyundai’s Blind-Spot View Monitor with a real-time image of your blind spot.

The Palisade Calligraphy

The top-of-the-line Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy comes standard with all-wheel drive and all the available bells and whistles. The luxurious cabin has quilted leather door panels, a perforated leather-wrapped steering wheel, and upgraded leather upholstery. Customizable ambient lighting lets you set the tone for the ride, and the second-row wing-out headrests are extra comfortable.

Hyundai gave this trim their Smart Parking Assist system, which allows drivers to use their smartphone to park the SUV, and it also comes with rear parking collision avoidance.
